Responsibilities
- Manage departmental documentation, records retention, and FOIA requests
- Coordinate public inquiries and provide constituent support services
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement processing, and vendor communications
- Support meeting logistics, minute preparation, and agenda distribution
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community outreach initiatives
- Process permits, applications, and licensing documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in government or regulated industry
