Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance within assigned departments.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of system performance and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT-related challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent technical experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
