Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all communications
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire, and medical teams during emergencies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in criminal justice preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under extreme pressure
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass extensive background check and polygraph examination
