Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and policy impacts for assigned committees
- Research state/federal regulations and draft concise policy briefs
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions and public testimony logistics

- Prepare hearing summaries and legislative tracking reports
- Support committee members with constituent correspondence
- Collaborate with agency liaisons on implementation oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years policy research or legislative experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and legislative databases
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
