Responsibilities

- Respond to overnight inquiries from retirees and beneficiaries via phone/email
- Conduct audits and reconciliations of pension accounts monthly
- Update pension records using state-of-the-art government databases
- Collaborate with finance teams during quarterly reporting cycles
- Train staff on pension regulations and procedural updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration or government finance experience
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Louisiana pension laws
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and government financial systems
- Professional certification (e.g., QPA, CEBS) preferred
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
