Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems
- Dispatch law enforcement units via radio and digital channels
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and logs
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide life-saving instructions to callers during emergencies
- Operate radio consoles and surveillance equipment
- Adhere to FCC regulations and department protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
