Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for service from the public.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and familiarity with computer operating systems.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and make quick decisions under pressure.
