Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses on assigned routes in Denver.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for time-sensitive items and registered mail.
- Interact professionally with the public to resolve inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manage mail carrier equipment, including vehicles and handheld scanners, with care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
