Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and route incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and speed.
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses along established routes, ensuring all items are placed in the proper receptacle.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and sorting facilities.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
- Adhere to all postal service regulations, safety protocols, and time management guidelines.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License (or ability to obtain one).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
