Responsibilities

- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and non-profit organizations
- Manage grant applications and reporting for health initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Represent the department at public health forums and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program coordination
- Knowledge of Louisiana public health regulations and initiatives
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification preferred
