Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Incident Command System (ICS) protocols
- Advanced knowledge of epidemiological surveillance methods
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience with public health emergency communication systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license
