Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health strategies aligned with CDC guidelines and local needs
- Oversee grant-funded programs totaling $5M+ annually
- Lead cross-departmental task forces for pandemic response
- Analyze health data to inform policy recommendations
- Manage team of 12+ public health specialists
- Collaborate with state and federal health agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years government/public health administration experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Expertise in emergency preparedness protocols
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
- Strong budget management skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
