Responsibilities
- Develop and execute emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with hospitals, schools, and community organizations
- Lead rapid deployment of resources during public health emergencies
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform strategic interventions
- Design and deliver public health education campaigns for diverse audiences
- Manage grant-funded emergency response projects and budgets
- Train staff and volunteers in crisis response procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health emergency response
- Proven expertise in crisis communication and stakeholder coordination
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS) or equivalent
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in public health reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible hours during emergency activations
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance preferred
