Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency preparedness plans for infectious disease outbreaks
- Lead resource allocation and logistics for emergency response teams
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for high-impact scenarios
- Train and deploy public health emergency response personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure surge capacity during crises
- Manage communication protocols for public alerts and stakeholder notifications

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health emergency response or crisis coordination
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential required
- Expertise in Incident Command System (ICS) and NIMS protocols
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-agency responses during public health emergencies
