Responsibilities
- Delirect immunization clinics and health screenings underserved communities
- Conduct epidemiological investigations for disease outbreaks
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education programs
- Provide clinical services at community outreach events
- Collaborate with schools, clinics, and community organizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential health data
- Participate in emergency preparedness response activities
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- 2+ years public or community health experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred
- Strong communication and cultural competency skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid California driver's license
- Certification in Public Health (PHN) preferred
