Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in public health program management
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Tableau)
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- PH certification or equivalent public health credential preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and federal compliance
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health privacy regulations
