Responsibilities
- Oversee development and execution of community health improvement plans
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health disparities
- Manage grant-funded programs totaling $2M+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams of health professionals and community stakeholders
- Prepare federal compliance reports and policy recommendations
- Implement health education campaigns across diverse populations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government/NGO
- Experience with CDC/HRSA grant management
- Valid Louisiana Public Health Administrator certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/STATA for data analysis
- Strong understanding of CMS reimbursement structures
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work during emergency response activations
