Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health assessment programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate emergency response initiatives for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded projects related to chronic disease prevention
- Lead community outreach campaigns on vaccination and maternal health
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve access to care
- Prepare reports for county commissioners and state health agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or similar statistical software
- Demonstrated grant management experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred
