Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health interventions targeting underserved communities
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data to identify emerging trends
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate outreach programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for policy development
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead health education initiatives and community workshops
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Valid Missouri driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and local health regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded projects
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
