Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Baltimore's diverse populations

- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead community outreach and education initiatives on critical health topics
- Monitor program effectiveness using key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong knowledge of Maryland public health regulations and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing community-based health programs
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings for community events
