Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health education campaigns targeting underserved Mesa communities
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage immunization programs and health screenings
- Analyze health data to identify community health trends
- Prepare grant applications and compliance reports
- Train public health volunteers and staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Experience with Epi-Info or similar health data systems
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
