Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health strategies for vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and disaster preparedness initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Manage community outreach programs targeting underserved neighborhoods
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies for grant compliance and reporting
- Train healthcare providers on public health best practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and compliance
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license
