Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting community health needs
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community stakeholders to implement health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and grant proposals for public health funding opportunities
- Conduct community outreach and education campaigns on critical health topics
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and recommend improvements based on data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation or healthcare administration
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in health information systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Experience with federal/state grant applications and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and public health emergency protocols
