Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 95% accuracy within SLAs
- Coordinate with medical and mental health providers for veteran care
- Maintain confidential records in VA's secure systems
- Conduct eligibility screenings for VA programs
- Ass veterans with housing and employment assistance
- Collaborate with community partners for veteran outreach
- Generate monthly compliance reports
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 2+ years in customer service or social services
- Familiarity with VA systems (e.g., VBA, VHA)
- Ability to obtain Moderate Risk security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Experience with case management software
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
