Responsibilities

  • Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls for service accurately and efficiently.
  • Dispatch law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services to incident locations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all communications and incident details.
  • Monitor status of units in the field and coordinate resources as needed.
  • Provide information and assistance to the public regarding city services and non-emergency inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must possess a valid Arizona Class D Driver's License at the time of hire.
