Responsibilities
- Maintain public parks, sidewalks, and municipal facilities
- Operate light equipment and hand tools for landscaping and repairs
- Support community events and festivals set-up/cleanup
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Perform routine inspections of city property
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on projects
- Document maintenance activities and submit reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 1+ years of maintenance or public service experience preferred
