Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites for compliance with city codes and blueprints
- Document project progress and violations using digital reporting tools
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials
- Review permit applications and safety protocols
- Conduct field inspections for roads, bridges, and utilities
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations

Qualifications
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- 3+ years in construction inspection or related field
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CAD and inspection software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift 50 lbs
- Government/public sector experience preferred
