Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for excavation, grading, and paving
- Perform routine maintenance on public facilities, parks, and roadways
- Assist in storm drain cleaning, vegetation control, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow laborers on daily tasks
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience in civil construction or landscaping
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
