Responsibilities
- Assist in construction, repair, and maintenance of public infrastructure
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties
- Support traffic control and safety operations
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Complete daily work logs and reports accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
