Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment.
- Assist in the repair, maintenance, and construction of streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate and maintain basic heavy machinery and tools, including jackhammers, rollers, and dump trucks.
- Clear snow and ice from public walkways, roads, and parking lots during inclement weather.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public facilities and work sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
