Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance of roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of infrastructure assets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools
- Experience with heavy equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility for on-call weekend/evening shifts
