Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy construction equipment such as dump trucks, rollers, and loaders.
- Assist in road maintenance, including pothole repair and striping.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during inclement weather.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid New Jersey Class C Driver's License required.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
