Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on labor tasks including road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (training provided)
- Assist in emergency response for weather-related infrastructure issues
- Complete digital paperwork and reporting remotely 2 days/week
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in community beautification initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for remote administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to pass background check and physical assessment
- 1+ year construction/maintenance experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (training provided)
