Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and cleaning construction sites.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and site supervisors.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and tools as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to work.
