Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, grading, and trenching for utility installation.
- Operate heavy and light machinery such as dump trucks, bobcats, and pavement breakers.
- Assist in street maintenance, pothole repair, and asphalt paving operations.
- Collect and dispose of refuse and litter in public rights-of-way.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
