Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and repair of streets, sidewalks, and public parks.
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including dump trucks, loaders, and snowplows.
  • Assist in snow removal, ice control, and de-icing operations during winter months.
  • Set up and monitor traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and flagging.
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work sites comply with OSHA safety standards and local municipal codes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to execute project specifications accurately.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a strong plus.
