Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, snow removal, and debris clearing.
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, dump trucks, and jackhammers under supervision.
- Maintain drainage systems, ditches, and right-of-way areas to prevent flooding.
- Assist in traffic control operations and flagging duties to ensure worker and public safety.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Inspect public infrastructure for damage or safety hazards and report findings to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
