Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Maintain streets, sidewalks, and public infrastructure in optimal condition.
- Operate heavy and light machinery, including dump trucks and jackhammers, safely.
- Assist with snow removal and winter maintenance operations during adverse weather.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coordinate tasks with fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive outdoor work.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a plus.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours.
