Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of manual labor tasks, including cleaning streets, parks, and public facilities.
- Operate and maintain light equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during inclement weather.
- Load and unload materials, debris, and supplies from trucks and haulers.
- Support construction and maintenance crews with digging, grading, and general site preparation.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Interact with the public and other employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in public works, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
