Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as rollers, compactors, and pavers safely and efficiently.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
- Assist with traffic control, including flagging duties and placement of safety signage.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and pallets.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, ensuring debris is removed and tools are stored properly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
