Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Architect quantum error correction systems achieving 99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Create technical documentation and patents for novel quantum architectures
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary 'Quantum Pathways' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proven track record of scaling quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational theory
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket) preferred
