As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing self-learning systems that can navigate complex environments and execute multi-step tasks autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic AI architectures capable of complex reasoning and autonomous execution.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tune models for specific domain applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define the roadmap for AI autonomy features.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven systems in production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping cutting-edge AI technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years specializing in AI/ML and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
