Job Description
Join the Architects of Tomorrow
We are building the foundational infrastructure for the year 2026. Horizon 2026 Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our next-generation neural network ecosystem. You will not just write code; you will define the protocols for intelligent systems that will operate in complex, high-stakes environments.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and ethically sound for the decade ahead. If you are passionate about the future of technology and want to leave a legacy in the AI landscape, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning frameworks capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, integrating quantum-ready cloud architectures and next-gen neural interfaces.
- Model Optimization: Engineer proprietary algorithms that maximize efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance predictive accuracy in non-deterministic environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for algorithmic bias, transparency, and data privacy to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed systems and high-availability cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Research Mindset: Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) or contribute to open-source AI communities.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
