The Role

You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable ML models that power our core products. Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning and deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) to solve complex business problems.
- Production Deployment: Deploy models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and implement state-of-the-art techniques to improve system performance and accuracy.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and resource consumption to ensure high scalability and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high technical standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and C++.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Cloud Knowledge: Proven experience deploying ML workloads on major cloud platforms.
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
