Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-velocity processing and model training efficiency.
- Ensure model scalability, latency, and security compliance.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models (LLMs) using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in data wrangling, ETL processes, and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading technical sprints.
