Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of scalable deep learning architectures for future-proof applications.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for high-performance inference.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical research into market-ready features.
- Design robust data pipelines to ensure the integrity and quality of training datasets.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Publish groundbreaking research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Implement best practices for MLOps to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and A/B testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
