Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and evaluate new algorithms and hardware accelerators (e.g., GPU, TPU) to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
