Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI initiatives, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the development of robust, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-scale data.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Neural Networks, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
