Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years municipal clerk or records management experience
- Proficiency in government record-keeping systems (e.g., Tyler Technologies)
- Expert knowledge of Texas Local Government Code and open records laws
- Professional certification (e.g., MMC or CRM) strongly preferred
