- Coordinate municipal elections and voter registration processes
- Lead staff training in administrative procedures and compliance standards
- Develop and implement digital archiving systems for historical records
- Serve as primary liaison between citizens, elected officials, and city departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years municipal government experience with records management
- Ohio Notary Public certification required
- Expertise in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 7 and Sunshine Laws
- Advanced proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for public interactions
